The eight-track organic house record was made alongside Ampermut and Gobi Desert Collective.
KSHMR has shared his debut album under the new TEJA alias, ‘Mirage’. Listen below.
Out today (21st August) via the Indian-American artist’s Dharma Worldwide label, the eight-track record focuses on organic house and was made in collaboration with Ampermut and Gobi Desert Collective.
The project came about after KSHMR featured one of their tracks on his Dharma Radio show. The artists soon began exchanging demos and ideas, eventually developing the material into ‘Mirage’, which features tracks including ‘Oasis’, ‘Nigaaro’, ‘Rosh’ featuring Mir Iqbal, ‘Aquarius’ and ‘Sundial’.
The TEJA alias, named after KSHMR’s late younger brother Tej, will serve as a separate outlet for the artist’s organic house material, with further releases and live performances planned for the future.
He added: “It’s a more relaxed sound, with space for instruments and groove, and I’m excited to see where this journey goes.”.
KSHMR was voted No. 23 in DJ Mag’s Top 100 DJs poll 2025. Check out the full list here.
