In the snippet from his “20-v-1” dating show, Drizzy sits across from the YouTuber, who sports a form-fitting, all-black outfit and choker. “Are you into roleplay?” Pinkchyu — who identifies herself online as a “goth girl” — asks him sultrily, leaning over the table.
The Toronto hip-hop star replied by revealing that he was down to try anything. “You can look me dead in my eyes … if you say do it, I would,” he said.
Later, the cosplayer reshared the clip on X with a photo of herself posing next to the musician, who ultimately chose her as the winner of his dating show and promised to buy her mom a house as a prize.
The meeting was something Drake has been manifesting for a while. In September last year, the 6 God described his dream girl on Bobbi Althoff’s podcast as a “goth baddie” who’s “tatted all over” and has, ahem, a large chest.
His dating show experiment comes on the heels of his new collaboration with Karol G, “Ahí,” which arrived Friday (Aug. 7) on the Latin superstar’s album No Me Arrepiento de Sentir Tanto.
On the track, Drake interpolates his own MAID OF HONOUR song shouting out Karol — “New Bestie” — spitting, “I want a Latina, I want a Latina/ I want a face just like Karolina/ And I want a waist just like Karolina.”.
Earlier this year, Drizzy dropped three albums all on the same day, occupying the top three spots on the Billboard 200 with ICEMAN, HABIBTI and MAID OF HONOUR, in that order.
