Meghan Trainor signed with United Talent Agency (UTA) for global representation in live touring, brand partnerships, filmed entertainment, digital media and theatre, the agency announced.
Trainor released her seventh studio album, Toy With Me, in April. The record saw Trainor address online comments. Sitting down with Billboard back in April, she shared the inspiration for her latest album’s name came from playing toys with her kids, stating, “I want my music to take me back to childhood when everything was easier and better and lighter.”.
Trainor’s 2015 album Title hit No. 1 on the Billboard 200, while 2016’s Thank You peaked at No. 3. In 2025, Trainor received the Hitmaker Award at the Billboard Women in Music event.
When she spoke to Billboard ahead of receiving the honor, she said she considered a hit song something her at the time “three-year-old would know,” noting that she believes the biggest hits to be cross-generational.
In 2014, her single “All About That Bass” spent eight weeks atop the Billboard Hot 100 and a total of 47 weeks on the chart. Her 2016 single, “No,” peaked at No.
3. Her song “Criminals” was the theme song for Netflix’s The Perfect Couple, which helped the song land on the Hot 100.
She has also made appearances as a judge, coach and mentor on The Voice, The Voice UK, The Four and Australian Idol.
Trainor is managed by Bond Artist Management’s Nikola Barisic and represented by Myman Greenspan Fox’s Aaron Rosenberg.
Mexican-American singer-songwriter Fabio Capri signed a management agreement with WK Entertainment. The Phoenix native recently joined his brother, rising superstar Xavi, as an opening act on select dates of his X Tour in Mexico and the United States.
Capri has been signed to Interscope Records since 2023. Known for the lovelorn “Delirio,” he expanded his catalog this year with “Trampa,” “Llorar” and “Baile.”.
In March, Capri was recognized with the BMI Latin Spotlight. He has a publishing agreement with Sony Music Publishing, where he will continue developing his work as a songwriter.
WK Entertainment’s roster also includes Carlos Vives, Farruko, Xavi, Emilia and Morat. — Isabela Raygoza.
Raleigh, N. C., indie rock band Harvey Street signed with Nashville-based Deep South Entertainment for management.
According to a press release, Harvey Street has sold more than 15,000 tickets across 75 headline shows in 41 markets covering 22 states, with sellouts in markets including New York, Boston, Washington, D.
UTA signed Grammy-nominated British rock band Wolf Alice for touring representation in North America.
Notably, Wolf Alice will support Olivia Rodrigo on 18 dates of her The Unraveled Tour in the U. S., which kicks off Sept. 25. The band played Lollapalooza earlier this month, which followed other recent appearances at festivals including Glastonbury and Radio 1’s Big Weekend.
Wolf Alice released its fourth studio album, The Clearing, last year. The set reached the top of the Official U. K. Albums Chart last August, making it the band’s second album to reach the pinnacle of the tally.
The Clearing: B Sides, a special 7″ package featuring three new songs from The Clearing’s recording sessions, is set for release on Friday (Aug. 21).
Earlier this year, Wolf Alice won group of the year at the BRIT Awards. All four of the band’s albums, including The Clearing, have also been shortlisted for the prestigious Mercury Prize.
Pop/R&B band Soulidified signed to Atlantic Records. The group, formed on Netflix’s Building the Band, features members Shade Jenifer, Malik Heard, Bradley Rittmann and Landon Boyce.
Soulidified recently wrapped up four support dates for Khalid. It’s next slated to perform at the Rock in Rio festival next month, followed by dates in Europe. The band is managed by Johnny Wright, Fernando Watson and Jayvon Hicks.— Chris Eggertsen.
Day After Day Productions signed on as the exclusive agency representing The Music of Hey Arnold! Live featuring Jim Lang (the original Hey Arnold! Composer) and the PS118 AllStars with special guest Craig Bartlett (creator of Hey Arnold!), which is set for a 20-city U.
S. tour this fall. The show will feature “multimedia visuals, nostalgic moments, and stories from behind the music,” according to a press release.
The responsible agents for the tour at Day After Day are Jordan Dempsey (head of touring at the company) and Andy Zumberge. The show is managed by Overland Arts’ Zach Felber.
The tour kicks off Oct. 26 at Pappy and Harriet’s in Pioneertown, Calif., and wraps Dec. 2 at The Belasco in Los Angeles. — Chris Eggertsen.
BBR Music Group/BMG Nashville signed Canadian country artist Jade Eagleson to the label roster.
Eagleson is the 2025 Canadian Country Music Association’s male artist of the year. He earned the CCMA’s 2024 album of the year accolade, and CCMA entertainer of the year and male artist of the year in 2023.
Eagleson is signed with Range Music for management, CAA for booking and Spirit Music/Alliance Music Partners for publishing. — Jessica Nicholson.
UTA signed Nashville-based singer-songwriter Ethan Burdick for global representation.
Burdick is set to join Hudson Westbrook on his Hits Me Tour in the fall. Earlier this year, Burdick opened for Jelly Roll on his Little Ass Shed Tour. Burdick also recently released his first single, “I Get The Picture,” through Back Blocks Music, and the follow-up “Hold You.” On Aug.

1916 Enterprises signed MNEK for management. His upcoming album, BULLDOZER!!, will be released on Sept. 18. He’s set for a headline tour in the U. K. and Europe this fall.
