New West Records has named Brad Turcotte as general manager. The label’s artist roster includes Billy Joe Shaver, Amos Lee, American Aquarium, 49 Winchester and All Them Witches.

Most recently, Turcotte has served in roles including artist manager at Vector Management, senior vp at Australia-based live entertainment promoter TEG Live and partner at marketing agency 615 Leverage + Strategy.
Turcotte has also previously held leadership roles at major labels including UMG Nashville (now MCA) and Big Machine Label Group. Along the way, he’s worked with artists including Taylor Swift, Chris Stapleton, Keith Urban, Luke Bryan and Carrie Underwood.

Turcotte also serves on the board of directors for the nonprofit music education program Music Will, which aids music education in the U. S. public school system.
