Jamz Supernova shares two new singles from upcoming ‘Dance Around The World’ compilation: Listen

O primeiro é ‘Yalode’, que vem do produtor britânico Jus Now (também conhecido como Sam Interface), do percussionista trinitário Keshav 'Lazerbeam' Singh e do coletivo brasileiro As Ganhadeiras de Itapuã.

It draws on the connections between the Caribbean and the UK underground via Salvador da Bahia in Brazil.

The second track, ‘Broke’ by Paris-born, Guadeloupean singer and multi-instrumentalist Célia Wa, blends Afro-Caribbean gwo ka rhythms with jazz, soul, and percussive club rhythms.

As duas novas faixas seguem 'Quiero Ser Buena' do MC colombiano Verito Asprilla e 'Sin Africa', uma colaboração entre Brenda e Diva Cruz, que Jamz lançou junto com o anúncio original.

Jamz announced the compilation, which she says was inspired by years of travelling the world as a DJ, in July this year. Speaking on the travelogue theme, she shared: “I picked all these places that I was inspired by, or places that I’ve been, where the music has really informed what I do.
