Sasha and John Digweed auction rare ‘Northern Exposure’ records and memorabilia

Sasha e John Digweed estão leiloando gravações raras do “Northern Exposure”, memorabilia e mais para celebrar o 30º aniversário do álbum de mixagem marcante.

O veterano duo britânico de DJs coletou joias de seus arquivos pessoais de música e material que compôs o influente LP de mix de 1996 para leiloar no próximo mês via Amplifyd.

Dentre os 110 itens, destacam-se cópias pessoais do mix original, compilações sucessivas incluindo ‘Northern Exposure 2’ e ‘Northern Exposure: Expeditions and Communicate’ em vinil e CD, testes de prensagem e cartazes de turnê de shows em locais-chave como Haçienda, Ministry of Sound e The Arches.

There’s also dozens of 12-inches that were used in the mixes themselves, including singles by the likes of Underworld, Gus Gus, Lost Tribe, The Light, Breeder, Mono Culture, Sven Väth, The Orb, The Chemical Brothers and more, as well as Sasha and John Digweed records.

The auction begins tomorrow, 30th September, at 5AM (GMT) and runs till 21st October at 8PM (GMT).

The 30th anniversary ‘Redux’ double-disc edition of ‘Northern Exposure’ was released last Friday via Late Night Tales/Night Time Stories. Completely remastered, the mix reissue also includes ambient and dub reworks by Sasha and Digweed.
