O cantor e compositor britânico, de nome real Alexander James O’Connor, realizou um show de underplay no Village Underground na quinta‑feira (27 de agosto), onde trouxe Yates como convidado surpresa.

They performed an unreleased track, ‘Elvis’, which begins with a simple guitar riff and gradually builds with cinematic string arrangements and touches of flute.

The Village Underground gig served as a warm-up performance for Tyler, The Creator’s All Points East takeover in London on Friday, which also saw the rapper joined by Turnstile, Mariah The Scientist, Clipse, Sexyy Red, Ravyn Lenae, Fakemink and Vince Staples.

Noite dois da tomada de Tyler no All Points East, que aconteceu ontem (29 de agosto), contou com a presença de Daniel Caesar, Baby Keem, Dijon, Ghostface Killah, Syd, Faye Webster, Danny Brown e Jim Legxacy.

Elsewhere at the festival, Turnstile brought out Faye Webster for ‘I Care’ during their own set.

The appearance coincided with the release of the band’s reimagined album ‘Never Enough: Versions’, on which Webster’s reworked version of ‘I Care’ appears.

In other news, earlier this month, Rex Orange County released the introspective new single ‘Indecision’, which saw him join forces with Daniel Caesar.
