KOKO Electronic announces Michael Bibi, Shanti Celeste, DESIREE, more for AW26 programme

A KOKO Electronic anunciou os nomes da sua próxima temporada. O local londrino também celebra seu 125º aniversário este ano e divulgou um curta‑metragem em comemoração, com o DJ Boring interpretando um punk rocker.

Centralizado na principal sala de teatro, que permanece no local de Camden desde a era vitoriana, a temporada de festas de outono‑inverno do KOKO começará na sexta‑feira, 25 de setembro, com Lee Burridge, Birds of Mind, Adassiya e Share.

Those dates are followed by Green Velvet, Ruze and Fifi Forte (2/10); Oscar Mbo, Thakzin and Shamiso (3/10), and Swimming Paul with Messie, Jess Iszatt, Segg, and Adamé (9/10).

Further into next month, highlights are likely to include Hernán Cattáneo with Danny Howells (16/10), Michael Bibi with as-yet-unannounced support (17/10), and Themba with Da Mike (23/10).

24 de outubro verá os inúmeros espaços do KOKO usados para um line‑up gigantesco liderado por Shanti Celeste e sua operação Peach Discs. Leon Vynehall, Danielle, Ellie Stokes e Gramrcy também estão no programa.

A Milly On Air podcast will be recorded on the night, while NIKS, rRoxymore and Mason Maynard take over the B. A. D. studio, Daisy Moon will run a Saffron workshop, Ladies Pub Meeting are in the house, and Amaliah's London Love Letter is also involved.

Other dates for the diary include ANTS and Ushuaïa mainstay Andrea Oliva (13/11), masked tech house star Claptone (14/11), and three nights from Francis Mercier (20,21,22/11).

WhoMadeWho will host their own Weekender to close out November, with Chris Stassy (4/12), Jan Blomqvist live (11/120, and Marco Carola (26/12) set to play. New Year's Eve will see Artwork take over the venue, with New Year's Day turned over to Z Uncut, before East End Dubs closes out the celebration that evening.
