The singer-songwriter will return to the stage for a one-off homecoming performance at Scala in King’s Cross next Thursday (August 20), marking his first full gig in two years.
It’ll also come 20 years after his first appearance at the 1,145-capacity venue, when he played with a full band for the first time in 2006.
Tickets go on general sale at 10am BST next Wednesday (August 19) – you’ll be able to buy yours here. Alternatively, fans can access a pre-sale at the same time on Tuesday (18) by signing up here.
Per a press release, the upcoming London date will bring a “full-circle moment at the start of a new chapter” – hinting that new music is incoming. He posted a teaser video yesterday (Thursday August 13), pointing to something happening next week.

T last played a full show when he headlined Victorious Festival in August 2024, per Setlist. FM. He has since made guest appearances on stage with Fred Again.. and The Maccabees.
Speaking to NME about how ‘M. O. T. H. E. R.’ came about this summer, Jamie Hince said: “I was working on music with Jamie T, sending each other stuff, and the idea for the three of us to do something together came out of that.
It felt nice, like we were buying into this camaraderie, and this gang.”.
Furze added: “Me and Jamie T started becoming friends on the circuit of festivals when the first Big Pink record came out in 2009. Then me and Jamie Hince met at Corona Capital in Mexico in 2012.”.
